Job Description: Engineering Manager (設計經理)

Position Description (職位描述)：
1. Responsible for the management and co-ordination of teams of discipline engineers;
在項目執行過程中，負責各相關設計專業的管理及協調工作；
2. Provide guidance to each discipline ensuring quality of engineering work, engineering schedule, international design practice and procedures.
給各個專業提供技術指導，以保證工程設計質量和進度。
Requirement (職位要求)：
1. 8+ years’ work experience in managing multi discipline design teams in a design and engineering consulting or project management environment, previous site/field experience is preferred;
具有八年以上管理多個工程設計專業的經驗，或項目管理經驗，優先選擇有項目現場工作經驗者；
2. Familiar with engineering discipline interface and design input and out;
熟悉工程設計專業界面；
3. Have more than 2 project experiences as team leader, or engineering manager;
具有至少兩個以上項目團隊負責人的經驗，或設計經理經驗；
4. Process or piping engineering background in Chemical, Petro-chemical or Pharmaceutical plant;
具有化工、石化或制藥行業的工藝或管道專業背景；
5. Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures;
熟悉國際工程項目的執行流程；
6. Recognized Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications;
大學本科學歷及以上；
7. Majored in petrochemical process, chemical engineering and cryogenic engineering etc;
專業：化工工藝，化學工程或低溫工程
8. Fluent in written and spoken English.
熟練的英語口語交流和寫作技能。
